Hikvision CCTV Maintenance
Camera lens cleaning, NVR hard disk health check, firmware update, recording verification, Hik-Connect app check, image quality adjustment. Covers all Hikvision models including IP, analog, PTZ and solar CCTV.
FAAC and Nice Autogate Service
Motor lubrication, gear mechanism inspection, remote control battery replacement, safety sensor calibration, track and wheel cleaning. Covers FAAC, Nice and GForce autogate motors.
Alarm System Maintenance
PIR sensor testing, door contact verification, siren and strobe test, control panel battery replacement, zone walk-test, Hik-Connect push notification check. Covers Hikvision wired and AX Pro wireless alarm systems.
Door Access and Attendance Service
Card reader cleaning, EM lock inspection and testing, backup battery check, card database backup, face recognition terminal cleaning, attendance report verification. Covers Hikvision card readers, face terminals and FingerTec.
JVA Electric Fence Maintenance
Energizer pulse testing, wire tension adjustment, insulator inspection, battery load test, GSM module signal check, zone integrity verification. As the sole authorised JVA distributor in Sarawak, only HJ Security can provide genuine JVA maintenance.
Network and WiFi Maintenance
Switch health check, Fluke cable testing, WiFi coverage measurement, bandwidth test, firmware updates. All network cables Fluke tested and certified.
Video Intercom Service
Audio and video quality check, outdoor station cleaning, indoor screen calibration, door lock mechanism test, bell button verification.
