Key Features of Face Detection Attendance
Automatic Attendance Recording
Employees clock in and out simply by walking past the terminal - no action required on their part. The system automatically records each face-matched event with a precise timestamp, building a complete attendance record with no manual input.
Real-Time Attendance Visibility
Managers can see in real time who is present in the office, who is late, and who has not yet arrived - from their PC or mobile device via the attendance management software.
Comprehensive Reporting
Generate detailed attendance reports by employee, department, date range, or shift. Reports export to Excel for payroll processing and HR analysis.
Late and Absence Alerts
The system can automatically flag and notify managers when employees are late or absent, enabling proactive HR management rather than reactive record-checking.
