Double Gate Automation Requirements
Automating a double leaf swing gate requires two motors - one for each leaf - that operate in perfect synchronization. The control board manages both motors simultaneously, ensuring both leaves open and close at exactly the same speed and stop at the same position every time.
System Installed
Twin Arm Motors
Two matching arm motors were installed, one on each gate post, connected to their respective gate leaves. Using matching motors from the same manufacturer ensures identical performance characteristics for smooth synchronized operation.
Synchronized Control Board
The central control board manages both motors with precise timing control. Any difference in gate leaf speed is automatically compensated to maintain perfect synchronization throughout the movement cycle.
