What the Conversion Involves

Rack Installation
A steel drive rack is welded to the bottom of your existing gate at the correct height to engage with the motor pinion gear. The rack length must be sufficient for the full gate travel distance.
Motor and Control Panel
The E8 motor is mounted on a fabricated steel bracket bolted to the gate post. The control panel is installed in a weatherproof housing with all safety inputs connected including photocell beams and warning light.
