HJ Security completed a comprehensive technology integration project for DY Entertainment, Kuching, combining automatic door systems, security solutions, and live streaming infrastructure. Project Scope
DY Entertainment required a complete technology overhaul for their entertainment venue, integrating automatic doors, CCTV, door access control, WiFi networking and live streaming infrastructure into a seamlessly connected system.
Systems Integrated
Automatic Door System
Touchless automatic sliding doors installed at main entrance providing professional customer experience. The doors integrate with the venue's customer management system to track entry and exit counts.
Live Streaming Infrastructure
High-speed network infrastructure installed to support live streaming operations including dedicated high-bandwidth internet connections, professional network switches with QoS configuration, and WiFi optimised for streaming performance.
Security Integration
Hikvision CCTV cameras integrated with the venue management system provide security monitoring while also capturing content for the venue's social media and marketing needs.
Technical Challenges Overcome
Network Bandwidth Management
Live streaming requires guaranteed bandwidth. We implemented QoS (Quality of Service) configuration to prioritise streaming traffic over general internet usage, ensuring broadcast quality is never compromised by other network activity.
System Integration
All systems – doors, CCTV, access control, and networking – were integrated into a unified management interface, allowing venue staff to control all systems from a single dashboard.
