FAQ
What is the difference between Essential Pro and Interactive Pro?
Essential Pro records in infrared black-and-white at night. Interactive Pro uses Smart Hybrid Light cameras for full-colour night video with a built-in microphone.
Why is 6MP Essential the same model as Interactive?
Hikvision has no IR-only 6MP value camera in its current range, so the 6MP Essential package uses the same dual-light camera set to infrared mode.
